I am Mr. Phillips and I am the Part-Time Elementary Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. I was here a few years ago as the superintendent, and I am thrilled to be back. I am looking forward to the new school year and to meeting the elementary school students. My goal is to make this one of the best school years that your students will ever have.
