Just in case you did not get the first message. Good evening. Due to incoming inclement weather Mulberry Grove unit #1 will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 25th. This is out of an abundance of caution.

On Tuesday, January 10th there will be a fresh/soph boys basketball game at home against St. Elmo/Brownstown. Game time will be 6:00 pm.
Don't forget to attend Financial Aid Night tomorrow in the district lab from 5-7 pm. FAFSA completion is a graduation requirement for all seniors. Hope to see all seniors tomorrow!

If you have any interest in becoming a substitute teacher or a substitute paraprofessional here is information for you.
As most of you know we are currently under a boil order. We had plenty of water to drink for students today and will have plenty moving forward for as long as the boil order lasts.
Just a quick reminder for all 6-12 PE students and parents: The online BSN uniform shop closes at midnight tonight! Remember, as your son or daughter should have told you, this is optional. You can also order any time from the school office.

Federal waivers providing free school meals have expired. Meal service will return to free, reduced, and full-price cost to students for 22-23. We will send home paperwork for your family to fill out to see if you qualify for free or reduced meals in the 1st week of school. Please fill the paperwork out and return it to the school no later than Friday, August 26.
Cost for Breakfast $ 1.10
Lunch for Elementary Students $2.15
Lunch for Jr/Sr High Students $2.25
THIS Thursday is Mulberry Grove Open House from 5-7 pm. Elem students can meet their teachers and drop off their supplies. All Jr/Sr HS students MUST stop by the little gym to pick up Chromebooks, schedules, locks and agendas. 6th grade orientation will be at 5:30 in the cafeteria.
High School students and parents- Please check your email for an important announcements about schedules and Spanish for the 22-23 SY! If you are planning to do a KC Jump Start course, I need your paperwork as soon as possible to ensure you get a seat in the KC class.
Couple of reminders for the upcoming school year:
1. Please be sure to register your child by August 4th on TeacherEase. Elementary- 54%, JH- 48%, HS- 42% registered.
2. Parents/guardians needing assistance with registration and new families should come to the HS gym on August 4th from 1-7 pm.
3. Pre-K/KRP kids should contact BCCU #2 for registration- 618-664-5009

Beyond excited about the installation of our kiln! Ms. Gruner worked SO HARD to fundraise and coordinate having a kiln at MG for our art classes. Can't wait to see what our kids can do next year!
